Spinach Stir Fry With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons peanut oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    6 cups fresh spinach, stems removed (about 8 oz)
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon rice vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir fry 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
