Tuna Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 ounce) cans solid white tuna, drained
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained or (14 1/2 ounce) can fresh tomatoes, diced
    4 cups cooked orzo pasta
    4 tablespoons drained capers
    4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    To Serve cold. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and chill
    1 hour. Serve on Lettuce Leaves.
    To Serve Hot. Mix all together and place in
    casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with parmessan toast or bread of choice.
