Iced Peach Mint Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups boiling water
    1/3 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, crushed
    4 tablespoons granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    4 tea bags
    1 - 1 1/2 cup peach nectar (to taste)
    fresh mint sprig, for garnish
Preparation
    Crush mint leaves with sugar and lemon juice; pour boiling water over mint leaves and tea bags.
    Let steep to desired taste; drain tea bags.
    Mix in peach nectar.
    Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
