Pork Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lbs boneless pork butt, cut in 1 inch chunks
    1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
    1 packet beef and onion soup mix
    2 tablespoons sweet paprika
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 teaspoon caraway seed
    3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
    Stir in sour cream and dill.
    Serve over egg noodles.
