Crock-Pot Beef Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon cilantro
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    8 ounces chopped tomatoes
    4 ounces chopped green chilies (small can)
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon coriander
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Tortillas
    12 flour tortillas
    Toppings
    sour cream
    guacamole
    shredded cheddar cheese
    salsa
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 portions and place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high 4-5 hours. Remove meat and shred using a fork to pull meat into stringy pieces. Return meat to pot and stir to blend.
