Shrimp & Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup orzo pasta
    1/2 red onion, diced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 ea. cucumber, diced
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon, jest
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 lb shrimp, shelled & devined
    1/3 cup feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook orzo according to pkge. directions.
    Mix olive oil, lemon juice, onions, cucumbers and mustard - set aside.
    Drain orzo and mix in lemon jest.
    Cook shrimp in butter & oil and what ever spices you like - for 1-1 1/2 minute per side.
    Add lemon & oil mixture to the orzo - while still warm.
    Add cooked shrimp and almonds.
    Season to taste.
    Serve.
