Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups all-bran cereal
1 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Combine cereal and milk in a medium bowl, making sure all the cereal is well coated.
Let sit 5 minutes.
Add egg and oil and mix until combined.
Add flour and sugar and stir just until blended.
Spoon into 12 paper lined muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes.
