Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cocoa powder
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 dash salt
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Stir together.
    Boil 2-5 minutes, stirring rapidly, until sauce begins to thicken.
    This must be stored in the fridge.
