Reduced Fat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick, heart smart mix (tm)
    1/2 cup skim milk
Preparation
    Stir baking mix and milk together until soft dough forms. Sprinkle hard surface with baking mix. Put dough on this surface and knead it 10 times.
    Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Place biscuits on foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 450* for 7 - 9 minutes or until golden brown.
