Garlic Kebab Sauce With A Plot Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    200 g Quark (preferably smoked)
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 tablespoon basil
    1 tablespoon thyme
    1 pinch sea salt
    125 ml milk
    1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Preparation
    Crush the quark with a fork.
    Mix mayo, yoghurt, mustard and pur the mixture over the quark.
    Add all spices and chopped garlic and leave in the fridge for about one hour.
    Add milk and blend everything together very smoothly.
