Herb Cheese Sauce For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1/3 cup cottage cheese
    4 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1/2 teaspoon dill
    1/4 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts and is thick.
    To serve, spoon it over cooked fish fillets.
