Rainwater'S Thanksgiving Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
    1 cup whipping cream
    1 cup half-and-half
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 pinch cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    2 tablespoons flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and flour. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Mix together the flour and the butter in small sauce pan. Heat slowly and stir until smooth. Add to simmering corn. Mix well, allowing mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
