Kapusta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch pepper
    1/2 cup cream
    2 cups sauerkraut (1 no. 303 can)
    3 slices bacon
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes; mash with potato water. Add salt, pepper, and cream; whip. Heat sauerkraut and drain. Cook bacon until crisp; reserve drippings. Break bacon into pieces. Mix sauerkraut into mashed potatoes; add bacon drippings and bacon. Blend well and pile lightly into serving bowl. Serve hot.
