Simply Sloppy Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    salt & pepper
    4 hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown meat in pan with onion. Mix in chili powder, tomato paste and milk. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer ten minutes, or until hot all the way through. Spoon on buns and serve.
