Artichoke Parmesan Dressing - cooking recipe

1 (6 1/2 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
