Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Place in 9x9-inch pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0F oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Drain well. Serve.
