High Fiber Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses or 1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Stir together: bran, flour, soda and baking powder.
Then stir in raisins and set aside.
Blend milk, molasses, oil and egg.
Add to dry ingredients and stir JUST UNTIL MOISTENED.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes or until muffins pull away from sides of cups.
