Grilled Tuna With Tomato-Feta Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
salt
pepper
1 1/2 1 1/2 lbs chicken or 1 1/2 lbs eggplants
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together all relish ingredients, except for the fish or chicken.
Grill or broil fish or chicken or eggplant for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve with tomato-feta relish on top.
