Beefeater French 75 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 ounce beefeater gin
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 ounces perrier jouet champagne

Preparation

Shake the gin, lime juice, and sugar with ice cubes.
Strain and pour into a Champagne flute.
Pour Champagne on top.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
