Creamy Mashed Ranch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 -5 lbs potatoes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing mix
4 -6 tablespoons half-and-half or 4 -6 tablespoons milk, as needed
salt

Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes.
Boil until tender.
Drain and mash.
Beat in cream cheese til smooth.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Serve hot.
