Sour Cream And Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb potato, pared, diced and parboiled
    1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 1 chopped chives or 1 scallion, for nice color
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, turn into a 13*9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes.
