Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprout, cut in half lengthwise
1 -2 cup red onion, cut into wedges
8 ounces kielbasa, cut in 1/4 in pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 dash garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450.
Mix the sprouts, onions and kielbasa in a large bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, and sprinkle of garlic powder.
Spread a single layer in a roasting pan and roast 20 to 30 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Stir every 10 minutes.
