Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup all-bran cereal
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup flour, rounded
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients altogether.
    Spoon into muffin tins.
    I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown.
