Hot Pepper Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small dried chilies
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    3 teaspoons coarse sea salt
Preparation
    Sterilize a 1 cup mason jar or the equivalent.
    Remove stems from the dried peppers. Cut peppers in half and remove all the seeds; finely chop.
    Add olive oil, garlic and sea salt to a blender or food processor. Pulse to combine.
    Fill jar with olive oil mixture; refrigerate.
