Madagascar Sakay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon ginger, ground
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tablespoons oil
Preparation

Combine all in a 1 pint bowl and make a mush of it.
Serve 1 - 2 tablespoons in a dish at each place or pass in a bowl.
