Country Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 lb bulk pork sausage, ground beef or 1 lb pork sausage
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups cooked rice
    8 ounces cheez whiz processed cheese spread
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
Preparation
    Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Parboil 5 minutes; drain. Brown pork sausage; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in rice, 3/4 cup process cheese spread and tomatoes; fill peppers.
    Place in baking dish; cover. Bake at 350, 40 minutes. Top with remaining process cheese spread.
