Aunt Mimi'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup dark brown sugar
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops. Drain fat and place in a glass baking dish.
    In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for two minutes.
    Pour sauce over pork chops.
    Cover with foil and bake 1.5 hours at 325 degrees F.
