Three Onion Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Spanish onion, diced
    1 large red onion, diced
    1 large leek, diced
    3 garlic cloves
    3 tablespoons butter
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add onions, leeks and garlic.
    Saute until caramelized.
    Let cool.
    Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
    Serve at room temperature with crackers or breadsticks.
