Ingredients

1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup strawberry puree (made by blending fresh strawberries)
champagne, to top up glass
star fruit, to garnish

Preparation

Spoon the strawberry puree into a Champagne flute. Add the vodka, then top up the glass with Champagne. Stir well, then garnish with the slice of star fruit.
