Garlic, Ham And Mushroom Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces dried pasta shapes
    1 ounce butter
    8 ounces button mushrooms, halved
    1 ounce plain flour
    1 1/4 cups milk
    2/3 cup single cream
    1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
    salt & pepper
    8 ounces ham, diced
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water. Drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and fry mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add flour. Blend in milk, cream, garlic and seasoning.
    Bring to the boil, stirring. Add ham and cook for 1-2 minutes. Toss into pasta.
