Crispy Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fish fillet
    1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    3/4 teaspoon season salt
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
    Mix the bread crumbs and spices together.
    Coat the fish in the crumb mixture.
    Panfry the fish in the butter/oil blend unil well browned.
