Turkey Pan Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey pan dripping
    1/4 cup white wine
    1/3 cup flour
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place all in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. (add water or broth if you don't have a lot of turkey drippings).
    Reduce heat. Stir more or use a hand blender to make smooth.
