Matcha Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 cup Splenda sugar substitute (blend until very fine)
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
    1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat margarine.
    Mix in splenda, cornstarch and matcha.
    Slowly mix in milk, almond extract and vanilla extract.
    Use additional milk if icing seems too thick.
