Sweet And Sour Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel sweet and hot pepper, sliced and seeded
    2 cups brown sugar
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons mustard seeds
    1 (32 ounce) bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Place sliced and seeded peppers in a large turkey roaster. Mix other ingredients until dissolved. Pour over the peppers and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. remove from heat and bottle immediately in hot, sterilized jars and lids. Seal.
