Dutch Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie crusts
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons white sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F
Combine ingredients thoroughly using whisk and then pour into pie shell. Dot the top with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and dust with white sugar.
Bake at 425\u00b0F for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven to 325\u00b0F, and bake for 45-55 minutes longer. You might want to wrap the edges of the pie crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
Cool and refrigerate completely before cutting as it firms up as it sits and cools.
