Yellow Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 -3 lbs chicken
    3 1/2 quarts water
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 sticks celery, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup rice (raw)
    1 teaspoon red pepper
    2 tablespoons turmeric
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water until tender and remove from bone. Add chicken back to water and cook 45 minutes. Add onions, celery, bay leaf, bouillon cubes, butter, rice and seasonings. Cook 45 minutes on low heat. Soup will be thick; add additional water for thinner soup.
