Sweet And Sour Mini Smokies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple, undrained
    1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 lb gluten-free little smokies (Gluten Free, I Like Wimmer's)
Preparation
    In a 1.5 to 2 quart casserole: combine the cornstarch and brown sugar.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Microwave, covered, 13-15 mins or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring halfway.
    It does have a tendency to boil over in the microwave so you might want to keep an eye on it unless you need to clean your microwave.
