Summer Fruit & Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3 cups broccoli florets
    2 small zucchini
    1 tomatoes, diced
    2 peaches, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large non-stick skillet or wok and stir fry broccoli and zucchini for five minutes.
    Add tomatoes and peaches.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes.
