Dijon Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 -8 medium red potatoes, unpeeled
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1/2 teaspoon rosemary
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in 1 inch pieces.
    Whisk remainder of ingredients together in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss.
    Roast in greased pan at 375 F for 40-45 mins, turning occasionally.
