Mustard Dill Sauce - To Serve With Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (I like Hellmans)
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard (use honey mustard if you like a touch of sweetness) or 1/2 cup honey mustard (use honey mustard if you like a touch of sweetness)
    1/3 cup chopped fresh dill, plus
    whole dill sprigs (to garnish)
    2 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
    1/2 teaspoon coarse salt (to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a nonreactive mixing bowl and whisk to mix. Taste for seasoning, adding lemon juice, salt, and pepper as necessary. Serve the sauce in a bowl or in individual ramekins, garnished with dill sprigs.
