Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 cups corn, drained
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Add flour and mix well.
Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, bring mixture to boiling point.
Add corn, sugar, salt, and pepper, heat throughly.
Remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 min, or until firm.
