Salsa Beef Chili (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs lean ground beef, pre-cooked
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1 large carrot, finely chopped
    1 (16 ounce) jar mild salsa
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    1 (15 -19 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (11 ounce) can kernel corn, drained
    1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
    Serve on buns or with tortilla chips. (My personal favourite with this chili is Doritos Black Pepper Jack chips).
