Grandmother'S Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/2 cup sugar
    3/4 cup molasses
    1 egg
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sour milk or 1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream shortening & sugar together.
    Mix in the other ingredients.
    Pour into a well greased 9x13 pan.
    Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until it starts to pull away from the edges and a toothpick comes out clean.
