Betty'S Polish Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 ounces Polish sausage, diced
    1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
    5 cups chicken stock
    1 cup picante sauce
    2 cups o'brien frozen potatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. Add garlic and cook another minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
