New Hampshire Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 potato
1 onion
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup celery
1 cup water
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons parsley
Preparation

Finely chop the potato, onion, carrot and celery. Cook in the 1 cup water until tender. Drain . Shred the cheese it should be 4 ounces. Add veggies and rest together.
