Ground Turkey & Rice Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
    1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, stewed
    4 cups brown rice
    1 (15 ounce) can mushrooms
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Put rice and water into covered microwave safe container for 15mins.
    Fry and drain ground turkey.
    Add both cans of tomatoes, mushrooms,garlic and onions to drained turkey.
    Cook for 15mins uncovered.
    Stir in rice
    Turn off heat, let mix for a few minutes.
    Serve and enjoy!
