Ayam Goreng Kuning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Ingredients to Grind
    1/2 inch turmeric
    1/2 inch gingerroot
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    10 slices galangal
    3 red chilies
    15 small onions
    15 garlic cloves
    4 stalks lemongrass
    Other
    8 chicken thighs
    12 chicken wings
    1/2 tablespoon tamarind paste (mix with 1/2 cup water)
Preparation
    Fry ingredients with oil over slow fire for 15 minutes.
    Add chicken and a bit of tamarind infused water. Fry for 15 minutes.
    Add salt to taste.
    Chicken will be slightly uncooked.
    Heat frying pan with a lot of oil. When it's hot, put in chicken and fry to a brown colour.
