Apple Blush Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 double crust pie crust, uncooked
5 large apples
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup cinnamon, drops (candy)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Preparation

Prepare pie dough or use store bought.
Line a pie plate with the botton crust .
Peel and slice the apples and place in a large bowl.
Add pineapple, cinnamon candies, lemon juice, sugar, flour, and salt.
Mix well .
Pour into pie shell and dot with butter.
Roll out top crust and place on top.
Pinch edges well and cut a few slits of the top to vent steam.
Place on a baking sheet to catch drips.
Bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes or until apples seem tender when a knife is inserted thru a vent hole.
