Thai Scallion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon chopped of fresh mint
    1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon minced peeled gingerroot
    1/4 teaspoon chili and garlic paste
    1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
