Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
Preparation

In bowl, stir flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients.
Pour batter onto hot griddle, and cook as for pancakes.
